I think we should retest .10 with Nigeria funding. UPS Capital funding I think should break it. UPS Capital loan backed by US Import Export Bank means this company jumped through a lot of hoops and has credibility.

Again, this is just my guess here.

I don't know short term impact of proposed A/S increase. I don't think it will pass based on sentiments here. Like I said it could be an insurance policy against a takeover so I don't know if the market will take it as a positive or negative development..
