I would imagine peeps with any common sense will want to be in for next week's news.

The recent news should leave the prudent with a few insightful questions.

Namely, since Paul Carlisle (the CEO of EOI Eagle Operating) is already listed as the Chief Operating Officer for $CEGX, one could reasonably speculate that we have already secured some big investors for the series preferred D class shares. The 4.6 million from the series D class is being used to acquire EOI Eagle Operating, as per the press release:

Timothy W. Crawford, CEO of Cardinal Energy stated, “We are pleased to announce the engagement of Capital City Securities, LLC based in Columbus, Ohio to be one of the placement agents for our $4,600,000 Series D Preferred Stock Offering. The capital from this offering will allow us to retire any remaining Convertible Notes, acquire EOI Eagle Operating assets and further develop existing oil and gas properties and new oil and gas leases we plan to acquire. In total, we anticipate drilling and completing at least 24 additional development wells during the remainder of 2017”.

Why is Paul Carlisle working for Cardinal Energy, if the funds for the acquisition haven't already been procured, or at least in part received? The next PR should be insightful in this regard, and I believe more detail will be provided about the plans to dig and complete the 24 additional wells.

Any mention that we will be developing in the Permian Basin, and I see us going to multiple pennies very quickly...imo
