VNDM is being used by shorters and MMs to keep the price from moving. Hit him hard on the ask and he goes away very easily.

Many panicked and sold yesterday, but its been MMs manipulating the stock to cover very large short positions that they have. See my other posts.

Companies do not use VNDM to buy shares, VNDM is simply an ECN. MMs use it to continue to short or to keep the price down or to cover shorts on the ask.

Convertible note holders do not use VNDM contrary to what people think. They simply wack bids or short and then convert and cover. BTW... I just learned that note holders have restricted stock which is not freely tradeable until it has already been sold, so they are not using VNDM.
