yes, there are also some restricted shares being sold into the float. the float was 7.7 mil last year and has increased towards the 21 mil os number over the past year and in the past few months. so, once those are absorbed, which won't take long, nvic will be primed for a major move back up. by end of next week, i think .10+ is very reasonable expectation and maybe more after that. next two weeks could move back to .25+ imo.
