If that theory were correct I would imagine that two years from now the PPS would be a lot higher than now. Having the A/S does not mean they will use them now by isuing them.

My view is simple here. Besides the obvious that I will vote against the A/S increase. I need to see loan news before that meeting on October 24. I would imagine that they wouldn't try doing this if they werre't going to throw a bone.
