zen not true, they have stated in all the past filings they need a higher A/S to cover the conversion shares through 2008, once the loan approval are PR'd the PPS will fly as I mentioned earlier, it would be deceitful to file for an A/S increase after PR-ing the loans. I can also show you many many companies that have multi BILLION A/S's (with much less potential) as a safety net, and still trade many multiples of XKEM...........
