Yes, the non-transparency, 'dark' is my concern. People want to act like they know it all, and that I know nothing. That's fine. LOL I suspect many of the same matters that you outlined, including the 6.5 Billion as a MINIMUM OS at this point. I get toxic debt is part and parcel of penny land. My goal, as is everyone else here, to make $$$. Not to give it away.

With that said, we also know OTC is NOT about valuation! LOL

Its about riding a hot hand. So, .0002? Tempting, in spite of the toxicity.
