What confuses me is why the two of you are arguing at all. It is unclear whether either of you now own shares in the company nor whether you intend to buy in.
conix, you were fairly active in the past and, I believe, a moderator (for what that is worth) but now appear to indicate you own no shares and might never have owned any. If you did and bailed out then why not make it clear as to why you left and why you still have a voyeuristic interest in the company and stock.
As to Munchkin (sic), it is also not clear why you post and why you care. Are you a shareholder (I believe you made it seem you are not) then, much like conix, why are you here and why does any of this matter?
The pissing match you are both engaging in adds little to the dialogue, however, feeble it may now be. I suspect that the terminology "study completed" may not mean any more than data collected and study patients sent back home, hopefully, in a lower state of pain than when they arrived and, most probably, not even paid for their time (after all who has money to fund this study?). I believe this is not the first study by Smith, but cannot recall any major results that shook the world, but I am sure powderbum will reveal or provide any such information, if it exists.
The true mystery, unless this entire operation is a major tax loss scheme that is being maintained by the BoD and some investors, is what they, and specifically, the CEO, do all day long? Maybe powderbum, who appears to be wired in, can enlighten us.
