looks like they are not going to be raising authorized anytime soon, by their filings. they are in the process of refinancing their debt and have in the interim been making monthly interest payments on some of it. debtholders have done nothing to do date to accelerate payment. evidently, they know something we don't. hence, why the company has had 35 mil authorized and now has just 25 mil authorized, which is interesting within itself. looking for a strong move north in nvic next week.
