51% ownership allows financials on the NEWC balance sheets.

NEWC is 51% in coal and 51% now on the U.S. Company for SAS.

For a while now, John has claimed he would start a U.S. MMJ company with the intention of exporting to the U.S. And it would benefit shareholders. He has done that now. It won't magically pop overnight!

Coal is being shipped and more contracts in the works, as John said would happen.

I'm good with this. Actually I'm happy about this.

10k, none of us are happy about the fact it isn't done, but I like what I see here so I can wait for it.
