It appears there is a deliberate attempt to mislead/con prospective investors. The 8-k everyone keeps citing was filed on Feb.26, 2015 not Feb. 14,2017 as alleged here on the sticky. There are no filings for 2017.
It appears that this is the same P&D scam that has been going on with KNSC for several years.
