On a side note I was surprised at the amount of warrants issued in the press release yesterday and was cursing up a storm, but the sky is definitely not falling as many had presumed. I believe management is making the right choice here to sell NMPR and I think we will eventually see an end to all of the major painful dilution of this year. I am well aware of the fact that my shares now account for about 1/4 of the company compared to what they controlled when I first bought in. But I'm also far more confident in the position of this company to succeed. I love the strategy of the acquired companies and how it integrates, but I do hate the cash burn and dilution. We can't have our cake an eat it too, but hopefully it will be over soon most of the dilution. As they say "Cash is King"
Lets sit back an enjoy the show. On a side note the ugly market seasonality should end in late september so we'll have good news and a favorable market.
