According to posters on tickers where Bill is dumping shares, their calls get taken. I saw a tweet about CCTL a few weeks back, where Bill was giving out his number. Of course he was in the process of diluting the crap out of it, just like he did with his recently acquired AAGC shell. I would guess that he has blocked you, for asking where his updates are, and why he hasn't followed through with anything.
From what I am seeing on his half dozen concurrently running tickers, all he does is issue shares, and give vague tweets about updates that rarely if ever materialize. LGBS, GRDO, PLFM, AAGC, SNTX, and other tickers. All have well over 1 Billion shares issued. SNTX was RS awhile back. Fresh canvas there.
One of these days, I expect the SEC folks will take a close look. Lots of folks submitting complaints. Just a matter of time, in my opinion.
