He stated to multiple people that he wanted to wait until last week was over. He had allllll week this week to file a piece of paper, and he CHOSE not to. There is no hold up whatsoever except waiting for him to file the damn paper. He's either insane, or crooked, and I'm willing to bet he's pretty smart.
