misterf I have a request, please. Could you please post a message about the process of building an oil refinery in terms of the step by step process? I think we would all very much appreciate it. (I know I would).

I realize no project is exactly alike in terms of the time it takes to complete, but I'd like to know, what we should expect to see happen in approximate time frames as well as what should we expect in terms of specific milestones and what is the order in which they will happen?

For example, what is your approximate timetable for the engineering design of the refinery to be completed by KP Engineering? Ground breaking, etc.?

I realize you cannot know exact times in reference to this specific project, but you must know from being in the industry what happens and the step by step process and general time frames. I am very interested in hearing about this from you.
