3 weeks of advance warning. Most penny players don't tie up there money for that long.

My guess is between today -and next Tuesday we start the next run.
I think we peak on Thursday around 11 am-3pm. Most penny professional traders won't want to own the stock when news hits.

I hope they can build the price to new highs and then fall back to a higher / stronger base for possible launch of next product.

But this opportunity could just fizzle out with little happenings. The share volume in early April is why I believe fireworks are about to happen.

Last thing, company can dilute but too much & too quick will damage the run potential.
