As am I. However, I have looked into this court case and the misinformation being spread here is humorous.

First of, Richard Morgan completed nearly none of his stated contractual obligations, Secondly the subpoena for Dr. Leonard was mishandled and improperly processed, which will automatically be gorund to grant an appeal(which already happened). Thirdly they information some are using here is about 1% of a very big picture, and they are using standard subtext language. For example, the "granted judgement of 2.38M dollars" is not a current standing in the case. ANd there are so many files that have been filed in the last week that would hardly suggest that litigation has not restarted on an appeal bases:
