Citrulline --> Arginine --> N.O. help dilate and relax the arteries and doing that increase blood flow, which creates that "pump" in the muscles. Increased blood flow helps with healing and delivery of nutrients to those same muscles. This could increase cardio performance, but I cannot speak at this, because I lift!

And for you old guys, the positive effects of N.O. (Nitric Oxide) can also help with issues that the little blue pill does now.

I think that Celsius needs to be careful moving forward with new products like HEAT and should consider adding a little more than just Citrulline and more caffeine in doing so.

They should consider adding L-Carnitine, L-Alanine and L-Glutamine and betaine and label it as a pre-Power workout drink, that helps you build LEAN muscle.

Otherwise, paying about $1.00 extra a can is just not justified here. I can buy an entire bottle of L-Arginine/L-Citrulline 1000mg 120cnt for $22.00 and just take that with my basic Celsius drink. Sorry!

I want Celsius to succeed and not to jump the shark!
