I am not sure about this letter's authenticity,
However from an investors perspective, this would be my wish for an inside trader liquidating his position, unfortunately for the seller in this case his offer was c few years back ... today all of the deals are front loaded in the form of debt.

He would have really cleaned up ... Just like the S-1 would hint may happen.
