-50% ~ Suggests only gamblers here taking a guess.... If insider accumulation was happening, I believe this thing would have already been trending higher (very slowly) with bigger chunks of volume IMO. If something major was brewing behind the scenes, we should be seeing a higher price by now instead of these cheapies JMO. It's a waiting game from here to see if something materializes or if volume starts pumping again (hopefully sometime in 2017).... Again JMO and would love to hear others thoughts as well.
