Generate capital short term (oh wait let's change that to long term) and go with Hercules (oh wait green bank is a better deal but it comes with a $5m accounting loss). Let's teach a finance class, we'll call it 101. First lesson, issue 18m shares of series D and a bunch of warrants to Hudson Bay for proceeds of $25m, tell the world we will redeem and not convert them into diluted shares and then a few month later we'll dump them into the os and try to hide it in a big customer announcement.
The common stockholders will never figure that out, and if they do, hey there just common stockholders and they know the risks.
