as previously noted numerous times in this venue

the scam is NON RETAILs .. and because many actual P2O investors
have never sold one PTOI *share* .. NR remains UPSIDE DOWN in 2017
based on embedded efforts from 2009 that were then added to (overlap)
and carried out thru yesterday's *trading volume*

4PM .. happy to note a non volume day for PTOI .. making *documentation* easy

the scam run by NR was never unique to P2O
but when the initial hand off *fails* .. tactics change out
which is why NR/CEs denigrate every aspect of the targeted co. & stock
(mgmt .. product/s) and when that doesn't work .. and subsequent efforts'
utilized also FAIL .. which btw P2O has seen at every turn ..
then investors become the target ..

does every P2O investor have a CB of sub 5c .. of course not .. many
haven't DCA'd one share since initial buy in .. others have reduced
their original CB .. but the bottom line that NR ignores to suit
is no matter what tactic CEs' undertake .. P2O investors have long since
drawn their respective lines in the sand re: their PTOI shares

it's why since P2O was wrested back in mid August 2013 .. PTOI has seen
successively less YTD volume .. each and every year

2016 was beyond *telling* since NR had access to 4M .. of which CEs'
scrounged (by my calcs) about 80% of the 3M (100% of the 1M) ..

but their real issue wasn't that .. it was the *interest* on a global level
re: this emerging sector .. as noted in the last Q of 2016 .. that some
NR bright light finally sussed .. and it's one reason why *volume* spigot
(pattern change out) in 2017 .. went on par with 2009's .. ;)

it is what it is .. speaking for myself and comfortably speaking for some other actual P2O investors

we'll take low to no volume on PTOI until P2O executes

for us that is multi fold .. it is not just P2O's first sale .. it's the
implementation of those ancillary material events .. RH noted in the
3 2016 Shareholder Updates ..

specifically the seating of an independent BoD and holding the company's
first AGM since Dec 2013
