Multiple licensing arrangements

A lot different then multiple revenue bearing settlement agreements

Licensing arrangements are such that they may yield a grand or two in the future, IF someone actually utilizes the technology in product, AND IF product containing the technology is sold.

Can anyone tell us when the last time was that EDIG recorded any material licensing revenue?? When and how much??

It strikes me that it is a very easy way for Alfred to save face, namely to give permission to Gabe to dismiss a claim, without any settlement money, but with a licensing agreement that may or may not produce revenue. The Defendants involved in such an agreement may care less. Sure we will settle without paying a penny and happily agree to license something which we may never need or use.

Expect to continue to generate revenue, once again the operative word is "expect"

Multiple means more than one. Perhaps only two. Multiple is not several, nor is it a few. In fact, if there were only two licensing agreements, multiple is the word Alfred would use.

This is all my opinion, nothing more.
