I reached out to investor relations about a month ago and this was the reply I received.

"Thank you for your interest and support.

We are presently in high level negotiations in re doing the off take agreements everything else is in place and ready ,we need some help from oil to move a little higher.Most oil and gas projects are in the same situations but we have strong companies behind us and this project...We feel confident that although delayed we will have a great finish this year...
