April 18 - next Tuesday, just two trading days from today, Foley must submit an under oath accounting to all of Long Side's requests for discovery information, including a full disclosure of all assets so that Long Side can gut whatever is left.

April 21 - next Thursday, Foley gets hauled into court for failing to submit court-ordered disclosures to K2 Communications, which includes an under oath accounting of all assets K2 can potentially go after.

April 24 - Newly-minted garnishee and NTEK transfer agent Clear Trust must comply with the court-ordered Writ of Garnishment.

No wonder the 4 Studios "calendar" is completely blank for the month of April, Foley will be otherwise occupied it appears.
