Why risk your $$$ when MANAGEMENT is not risking theirs RIGHT?




Dr Lisa Crossley and management are very much vested in the stock. In fact aside from the 29G worth of stock that she bought last couple of weeks, her and management own 9.4M performance warrants at 20 cents a share that are only released if she hits certain milestones and management agreed to have those in escrow for 18 months since the grant early 2016. In addition, there cfo is putting 100G in this round of debenture. If that's not enough of skin in the game I am not sure what is!!!
