Help. I'm trying to understand the level 2 on NADL where the MMs have the sell order at 2.40, considerably less than than the buy order, but it's listed at the very top. Is that them attempt to cover at 2.40 because they've shorted the stock. I've never seen that on the level 2 and wanted to understand it.
