CEO Tomas most recent SEC FORM 4, he "owns" 9,793 whopping shares worth (cue laugh track here !)

WHY ISN'T THE HIGHLY PAID CEO BUYING HAND OVER FIST HERE? WHY? WHY wasn't he buying by the dump truck full when it was SUB PENNY? WHY?? MAKES NO SENSE TO ME? If he "knew" this is GOLD, as is being "claimed" here daily, then WHY NO INSIDER BUYING, other than old Murphy exercising a few IN THE MONEY STOCK OPTIONS? WHY?

Yep, the BIG BUYER, the guy who gave himself ANOTHER monster "base salary" raise this year (over $100K "base" pay raise to nearly $692,597 annual "base" plus perks and "other" pay, just see most recent SEC 10-K, PAGE 47 exec comp table, a biiiig ole increase this past yr 2016 when the common "little people" shares hit their RECORD ALL, ALL, ALL TIME LOWS of .00160 in 2016, aka .0000160 split corrected) AND even a "CASH BONUS" of $500K tossed in and EARNING INTEREST OF COURSE as a lil ole additional "RELATED PARTY NOTE OWED".

THEE CEO, he owns a whopping 9,793 share of his bull crap supposed "$BILLION DOLLAR OPPORTUNITY" as he peddled it on that pay-to-make penny hype Youtube video (2011) being spread around now again, LOL !! Guess he's not a big spender when it comes to buying what he tells others is the supposed "$BILLION DOLLAR" anything, eh? WHY? WHY WOULD THAT BE? Wouldn't you mortgage that big ole house of his and sell everything not bolted down IF you "knew" really "knew" you were gonna turn it into some fantasy bull crap "$BILLION DOLLAR" sure thing??? I know I would.

I'd collect freaking cans on the street to buy more shares, cause cans on the street would literally buy shares of this POS, especially at .0016 or .002 or whatever, but them ole insiders were just NEVER BUYING ANY, now were they? WHY? WHY IS THAT? Puzzles the hell out of me personally?

Like going to Vegas, "knowing" a slot was gonna pay-out a $MILLION large, but you didn't put your own silver dollar in it? Why?

Remember this "golden oldie" replay below, LOL !! HOW MUCH HAVE THE COMMON SHARES LOST SINCE THEN? Remember, gotta add-in a Nov 2015 MASSIVE 1-for-1000 REVERSE SPLIT, which pretty much WIPED all the major shareholder's value of all their original and long term shareholders (think Northstar boys, Danny Marino if he was still holding, etc), what little was remaining by then, including ole money bags Murphy, who's gotta be sitting on what, like 90% or more losses on this POS. AMAZING. I'd say Murphy alone, I'd just "guess", is EASILY down a $1 million plus he's sunk into this money pit, just from past SEC filings... easy IMO.

2011 when that little pay-to-make penny hype "promo" video was made, to freaking 2017 and the common shares went on to LOSE NEARLY ALL THEIR VALUE, and not a damn thing "claimed" on that stupid video even remotely came true. They NEVER, EVER attracted any further major funding for their "clinical trials" after that video was peddled and the MARVEL trial sat SUSPENDED for "LACK OF FUNDING", 20 patients total "treated" since 2010 (per their just released March 2017 SEC 10-K filing), and has never advanced or moved forward since. Thems the facts boys n girls.
