I believe that is just a general misconception by people unaware of the legal landscape. It’s an unfortunate downside to the social media rich environment we are in, evident in the much larger RSII exposure on Twitter. Many people only vaguely, know what they own. At this point it time, it makes more sense to solidify a base in NWAV / PAO, which RSII can then build off of. The immediate return on investment for resources allocated to NWAV out weights the use of the same resources at this moment with RSII.

If I had someone tell me they wanted to tie up our resources (both capital and manpower) on something that I can’t get revenues on yet at my home bases, but I can duke it out in CA against established competitors... OR they wanted to develop virgin territory which can then be used to leap frog our other division into a position to BE the established competitors, I would choose the later.

That being said, I highly doubt it is an all or nothing situation. There just legally isn’t much to do yet with a ton of wow factor. “Hey guys, we’re waiting on laws to change. We’ll keep you posted”. Why waste the energy. I maintain that they are busy working, and their job is to develop these companies, not hold our hands and tell us it is going to be ok every 15 minutes.
