I am dealing in facts and I have no anger. I look at ERHC as company in deep financial difficulty that has been very poorly managed every step of the way and that has a scant chance of surviving as we know it. What needed to be done in replacing management was not done and it looks like it will never be done.

I think believing that this company will miraculously survive and that current shareholders will prosper is a fantasy. I deal in the facts of the balance sheet and the true worth of this company every day and refuse to allow emotions and wishful thinking to cloud my judgement.

The wider market who looks at those exact same facts has decided this stock is worth .0002 and likely will not survive and I agree wholeheartedly. Those are the real facts whether anyone likes them or not.
