I'm in heavy right here, right now. 99% of comments have been negative here. Perfect contrarian bet for me. Here's other reasons: second straight dividend (rewarding investors, not Day traders), annual meeting coming up, new contract announcements and most importantly-- chairman ego! He sees industry picking up. Wants to take advantage of this...doesn't want company to fail!
