Do you mean frackers as a source of brine? They will - the company can process their brines for a percentage. That's one part of the business model - imagine how many land owners, petroleum/gas companies etc that don't want to be either surrounded by massive evaporation ponds and wait 18 months or that have waste brine water from their wells and would be more than happy to generate additional revenue from the lithium contained! All of these will pay for the process.
