I completely disagree with your premise. There has clearly been dilution here. It has been so evident on level 2.

Sure, we may very well get a pump back up to high 001's/low 002's. But it's only after the company turns off the dilution fire hose. I've seen this a million times in these POS OTC stocks.

I'll say it again: the people running this company need to be punched in the throat. They diluted this thing into oblivion. It is awful what has happened here.
