Also one other thing very noteworthy I have found is that Brian Ladin helped navigate Euroseas through a reverse merger, and helped raise funds for them. Euroseas completed the reverse merger with an OTC company called Cove Apparel Inc, and then uplisted to the Nasdaq after that.
