What has happened that makes that wrong? IPCI wanted to be sued, and they got sued. Good for them. Now they have to win in court, and if they do, they get a free pass around OxyContin's Pediatric Exclusivity. Every word of it is still correct and remains valid, so I have no idea what you're talking about. I still think Purdue would have been better served by doing nothing, but I don't work for Purdue.
