Actually what I was trying to find out (and probably wasn't too clear about it) is....what are our prospects of getting a hold of that policy, or at least learning the financial liability limits of same? This is very important info to help prospective counsel decide whether or not to take our case. Of course, I will alert the firm as to deep pockets of officers, et al. But attorney seemed to think the D & O info is priority one.
