PErsonally speaking, I'm not being negative or bashing NSAV. I bought in at 1&2, and hold every share I have bought. I don't play a lot of penny stocks, I'm a small fry in pennyland, and I am glad to have bought in so low. I don't think it's negative to ask for something as normal as an 8k filing. And don't get me started on the dropbox format for the fins. Dropbox?... that's High School stuff... lol.
