It is my understanding that MHL was 100% owned by ECIG. The UK Administrator has told me that there will be no distribution to shareholders of HML.

I have been told that BAT paid either 15 million dollars or 15 million pounds to the administrator but I am not aware of what was purchased. The administrator said he will send me a copy of his report.
