Dick and Dan have deepest pockets here outside of the insurance company. It's a fact Dick knew about the $3mil tax obligation, it's a fact Dan didn't disclose this to shareholders. I believe they colluded to file this bankruptcy to collect on the insurance or Dick needs a write off, if not he's looking at approx a $70 mil loss. VIP/ Vapesticks sale to BAT was around $35mil combined, the trustee is wait on the final doc from U.K. Administrator on the deal.
