Great to see this stock come roaring back, even if on low volume. The third and last tranche of stock issued in the private placement becomes free-trading tomorrow, but based on how little stock hit the market after the 1st 2 tranches hit the street, I guess folks aren't getting too wound up about these shares getting into the float.

The 10K is technically due on Friday now that they extended it (the SEC gives you 15 calendar days when you extend, and they don't have a "weekend rule" like the IRS does as far as I know. So it will be interesting to see when FTE ends up getting its 10K filed. The 10K is likely to have some good news in it and companies typically don't like to put out good news at the end of the week.
