I'd love to average down. But the only way I could do that, would be to sell some of my CARA stock, and purchase more OWCP at this low price. But I am afraid to do that. CARA is doing GREAT, and I would be taking from a stock that's doing WELL, and putting it in a stock that is going WAY DOWN. it seems the only thing I can do is WAIT... and PRAY that OWCP has a remarkable Turnaround.
