So let me get this straight, correct me if wrong
They diluting preferred stock shares up to 4.6 million dollars.
the common stock is untouched, alive and well?
what is the share price for preferred stock?
please feel free to correct me...
so if common stock is untouched, and they get money else where to pay off convertibles, then more money,no debt and future projects is good news for common stock share holders.. yes or no?
