Well CM, I think the term is pretty much specific to the OTC where 99.99999% of stocks are p&d's or flat out scams (I'm sure you've heard that before). Here's the official def:

DEFINITION of 'Bag Holder' An informal investment term used to describe an investor who holds a position in a stock which decreases in value until it is worthless. Typically, the bag holder will hold the position for an extended period of time in which most of the investment is lost.

And I think that goes for just about every stock on the OTC. You have to understand the game. It's an easy buck for the people that run this. Look
at charts, every one of these stocks has, at one point or another, been a high flyer. That's not a coincidence. So in summation, I don't think that any stock here is a sound investment.
