As I said before, Wade & Billington's reputation is known. They will continue to dilute shares on weekly basis.
Why do you think Wade increased the AS(Authorized Shares) count to 1.2 billion shares?
For 1 reason and one reason alone, and everyone knows it

So the bottomline is they will continue to dump shares, that's why OS keep going up every week. 2 weeks ago OS was 244mil.shrs , Now 348mil.shares.
2 weeks later probably will be around 500mil.
