At last night's Seder I happened to be seated across from an attorney and in discussion learned that he had frequently worked on many patent cases. In speaking with him we discussed the company and it's patents pending. In his view, that's the most important thing, once patents are filed and pending they can take years to be researched and approved. In the event they're challenged, the key is, when were they originally filed.

I bring this up because some here state they have no approved patents, that's true, they might not be approved for years, but as long as they're in the system, they must be considered. The only way someone else would have rights to the technology that OWCP has applied for patents on is if the other party filed essentially the same patent first.

I believe our Psoriasis Cream will be on the market possibly for year's before its patent is approved, it should make no difference.

I think that it's clear that OWCP hasn't been that clear about what it's been saying. Yesterday evening I posted the name of the person listed in the FDA safety trial. He's with 0WCP based on his email address and while I'm practically certain the trial they're running with an Israeli IRB is the same safety trial, it would be far better if they made it clear that that was the case, or if it's not the case, they stated that as well. Either way the FDA clinical trial site hasn't been updated for months, it doesn't show the trial as recruiting, yet it's months after the trial was supposed to start. If the trial hasn't started yet, the completion by July almost certainly must be delayed. I believe the opposite is the case and that after the IRB approval the trial began in Israel. By this time it's possible that the trial has been fully enrolled, if that's the case, again the FDA's clinical trials database certainly should be updated.

i'm not saying that the company isn't doing things right, they are, but they're not communicating what they're doing very well.
