Dear shareholder.

Since filing for the last Q happens to cover the old entity we are waiting on the last piece of information from the former debt holders so we can have as accurate information as possible to provide the investment comuunity with proper details.

We hope to get this accomplished in the next couple of days. We are not aware of extension filings available for OTC listed compainies with alternative reporting.

In the meantime we keep working hard to maintain the businesses fundamentals and execute our growth plan with the peramount goal of maintaining shareholder' s value.

Someone dropped the ball!!. Now even if news comes what? We go back to where we started @ .0012.. in the 4 years I've been a shareholder of COHO not once was a filing late!.... what's worse no one on your end gave a crap ( no extension was filed ) if you had at least done that things would have been better ( no panic selling ) your bio states that your an experienced CEO but this was an novice move at best. I don't think this could have been Handel any worse if you tried.
