I was wondering about this lawsuit so I emailed investor relations last night. Dr Leonard quickly responded this morning and told me:

"That is a good question. The judgment is old, rendered last December against the private Arizona corporation, BH Trucking, NOT against the public Delaware corporation Tautachrome, Inc. (TTCM).

BH Trucking emerged out of an asset-less Arizona shell corporation subsidiary of TTCM that was disposed by TTCM (and renamed BH Trucking by the new owner). That asset-less shell carried the name Tautachrome for a short time while TTCM was getting its new name, Tautachrome, and its ticker symbol, TTCM, approved by state and federal agencies.

(Long term followers of TTCM will remember that TTCM was originally named Roadships Holdings, Inc. (RDSH), and was rebranded with the new name Tautachrome, Inc. in November 2015, at which time the asset-less shell was disposed.)"
