CRAZY! So I just emailed one of the support reps I usually work with and he said that the HLT site is crashing because of the overwhelming response to the GelCaps being opened up to the public!

They said their web team is working to get it all sorted out.

This is such good news that there is this great of a response (as long as they fix the stability of the site) and this will surely turn into a large influx of new clients!
