Hardly a stretch at all - given it has been my opinion all along - that this was nothing more than a insider enrichment share selling scheme from the very get go. Has been for years actually since Hanks appeared on the scenes of MMEX back in 2010.

I'd love to hear other opinions on why Jack suddenly decided to waive 5.5 BILLION shares supposedly worth HUNDREDS of MILLIONS dollars for his Intellectual Property rights to his refinery project. Goodness of his heart?

Is he getting ready to merge the Maple Gas del Peru into MMEX and realized there would be too many shares resulting in a nasty reverse split?

You do know why I keep bringing up the deal with Maple Gas don't you? It was mentioned on an invoice of debt that Rockwell Capital took over for all those free trading shares.
