As I stated out again and again, no deadlines should have been published for the efficacy study completion, which is kind of unusual in a high-tech realm. I believe the company made a serious mistake here.

We always have deadline for a task. However, most of the time, it should not be the tight deadline for a product to deliver. And any deadlines are always postponed again and again. Even with the dead deadline, most of the time it is met with a lot of work after hours (could be overnights) from the team members
